About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Parts Coordinator to act as the key link between the Leading Hand, Procurement, and Stores teams. You'll ensure all parts are ordered, tracked, and recorded accurately, maintaining the smooth flow of operations across the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise daily with the Leading Hand and Stores team to ensure accurate and timely parts ordering
* Raise purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
* Track, interpret, and record workshop data in the ERP system
* Maintain accurate inventory and support the workshop team with day‐to‐day requirements
About You
* Previous experience in an automotive, mechanical, or workshop environment
* Strong computer skills and ability to interpret and analyse data
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Full Australian working rights (no Working Holiday Visas)
* Able to pass a Pre‐Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

* $47.50 per hour flat rate + super
* Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm (optional overtime available)
