Community Support Worker Aged Care (Home Care)
We're looking for compassionateCommunity Support Workersto provide personalised, in-home care to older clients, helping them maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. No two days are the same—you'll support multiple clients throughout the day, offering assistance tailored to their individual needs.
Availability required: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
Locations:Gold Coast North and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver social support and transport (medical appointments, shopping, outings)
* Assist with domestic tasks (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
* Support with mobility and personal equipment
* Monitor and report changes in client well-being
* Record visit notes using a mobile app
About You
* Caring, reliable, and professional
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to build trust and positive relationships with clients
* Adaptable and responsive to changing client needs
* Available Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home & Community Care
* Current First Aid & CPR
* National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
* Australian Driver's Licence + reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
* Willingness to complete online onboarding and training, plus attend a paid in-person induction in Bundall, Gold Coast
