About the role:
Our client is looking for a Solution Architect with experience with architecture and design of contact center solutions within a large corporate environment.
In this role you will develop, maintain, communicate and guide the solution architecture for a specific business problem or environment.
Key skills and experience:
* 5+ years demonstrated experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions, preferably within the financial sector.
* Strong background in designing and architecting contact centre solutions for large corporate environments.
* Hands-on experience across technologies such as Verint i360, Cisco UCCE, Nice CXOne, Nexidia Analytics, and IVR design/integration.
* Experienced in integrating contact centre platforms with CRM systems including Verint Customer Engagement Manager and Salesforce.
* Involved in complex contact centre migration projects, with exposure to cloud migration initiatives involving platforms such as Genesys, Nice, or AWS (preferred but not essential).
* Capable of defining and promoting best practices for contact centre operations, including call flow design and skills-based routing strategies.
