**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an Administration and Business Support Specialist to provide Reception support for a world class Super Hornet and Growler Jet program known as the Air Combat and Electronic Attack (ACEA) program. Join a team of talented professionals that are shaping the future of Super Hornet and Growler sustainment in Australia. Use your organisation, people skills and strong customer focus to support the delivery of services across the program. The role is Amberley based and does not offer work from home.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties including meeting visitors and accepting deliveries, checking badges and security clearances to enter building and notifying points of contact for visitors
- Booking meeting rooms, managing the availability of meeting rooms and coordinating with the customer for the availability of meeting rooms
- Administration support including meeting and note taking support, travel booking, assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges, raising purchase orders, maintaining administration supplies
- Other adhoc administration duties across the program as required
**Experience/Requirements**
- Self motivated, proactive and ability to take initiative
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
