Due to an exciting time of growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a range of roles in our Melbourne office. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing national insolvency firm with a supportive culture, where we celebrate our staff and their successes. This is a full-time hybrid role offering a mix of in-office work and the flexibility to work from home.
We operate a collegiate work model where you will work directly with Principals and are actively encouraged and financially supported to pursue your own career objectives – whether that's progressing to the next role or becoming a liquidator or bankruptcy trustee. We invest heavily in the professional development of all of our staff with a structured approach to learning and development.
This role will provide you with exposure to a full range of formal insolvency appointments such as voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships and bankruptcy as well as informal engagements such as investigative accounting and restructuring/turnaround engagements.
Responsibilities
As an Insolvency Senior Consultant/Supervisor/Manager/Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading and supporting insolvency and restructuring engagements. Primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting financial analysis, overseeing compliance with relevant regulations, preparing reports, and supervising team members. You will also provide strategic advice to stakeholders and actively contribute to the firm's growth and reputation for excellence.

* Experience in project management and team leadership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and documentation
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
