Iconic Property Services Pty Ltd and Iconic Security Services Pty Ltd are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Bid Writer to join our Head Office team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration, writing, coordination and organisational skills who is interested in business development, tenders, proposals, marketing and corporate events.
The Bid Writer will support the full business development process, including tender preparation, proposal writing, documentation, reporting, marketing support, event coordination and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and coordinating tenders, expressions of interest, capability statements, quotes and proposals
* Reviewing tender documents to identify requirements, deadlines and compliance obligations
* Drafting, editing and formatting professional submission documents
* Managing multiple tender and proposal deadlines across different business entities
* Maintaining tender registers, quote registers, submission trackers and bid content libraries
* Assisting with company profiles, capability statements, presentations and marketing materials
* Managing and scheduling social media content across relevant platforms
* Coordinating branded collateral, business cards and other marketing materials
* Supporting corporate media projects, including photography, videography and content production
* Coordinating corporate events, industry events and client functions
* Liaising with suppliers including caterers, photographers, videographers and event providers
* Maintaining accurate documentation, templates, costing spreadsheets and business development records
* Providing general administrative support to the Business Development Manager and wider team
* Assisting with incoming calls and other office administration duties as required
* Following company policies, procedures and HSEQ requirements at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in administration, business development, tender writing, marketing, sales or a related field
* A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, finance or a related area is desirable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
* A professional, discreet and confidential approach
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude
