What you will do:
* Consulting and selling amazing travel experiences to our customers
* Service phone, email and chat enquiry within agreed timelines
* Attend regular training sessions for all aspects of the role – systems, air and land product, and updates from suppliers
* Work within a global team to achieve sales targets and incentives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, suppliers and product managers
What you will need:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a Wholesale or Retail travel industry role
* You will have a demonstrated ability to hit targets
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Exceptional customer service
* Strong knowledge of GDS/travel booking systems
