About the role
As General Manager – Integrated Care, you will:
* Lead and manage district-wide Integrated Care Services, including Community Health, Palliative Care, Aged Care, Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Integrated Primary Care.
* Provide executive leadership in clinical and corporate governance, quality & safety, workforce planning and financial management.
* Drive service development, reform and innovation, aligned with NSW Health priorities.
* Build strong partnerships across primary care, acute care, community organisations and government agencies.
* Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.
