About the Role
We are currently seeking a Full‐Time Dispensary Technician to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer care.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the pharmacist within the dispensary
* Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock
* Providing appropriate information and advice on OTC medicines
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient dispensary
* Delivering exceptional customer service in both the dispensary and front‐of‐shop when required
* Webster packing as needed
About You
Experience is valued; however, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy products
* Excellent computer skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
* A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
* The ability to adapt and work effectively within a team
* Strong communication skills
