Role Overview
Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, Reece is looking for Year 11 students to undertake a School‐based Traineeship toward a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. The traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch in Emerald and completing certificate requirements such as workbooks, on‐the‐job training and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Embrace Reece values, policies and procedures
* Provide customer service and answer phone calls to take messages and orders
* Complete all training and certificate requirements
* Process sales and manage stock
* Communicate with customers and staff
* Build product knowledge and provide follow‐up to customers
* Contribute to maintaining the branch at a high standard

Work schedule: approximately one and a half days per week, including Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist progress.
