As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Internal Sales Support Officer to play a key role in supporting our sales and project teams and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer quotes and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all information aligns with customer requirements and internal systems.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding order status, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
* Enter, update, and maintain customer and order data in systems with a high level of accuracy.
* Assist in preparing quotations, pricing documents, and basic commercial proposals in line with company guidelines.
* Monitor order progress and proactively follow up to resolve delays, discrepancies, or customer queries.
* Support inventory and product availability checks to ensure accurate quoting and order fulfilment.
* Assist in maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive and reliable service.
* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and provide first-level support for sales-related enquiries.
* Support continuous improvement of internal sales processes and documentation accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and approval processes at all times.
* Assist in reporting and basic analysis of sales data, order status, and customer activity when required.

What We're Looking For

* Certificate III or IV in Business, Administration, Finance, or similar is desirable but not essential
* Experience in order management or DIFOT environments is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Confidence using ERP, internal systems.
* Strong customer service focus with a proactive mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* High attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
* Experience working with HDPE products or solutions would be a bonus.
* Experience working closely with engineering and workshop teams.
* Experience with bid preparation and tender management in large-scale projects.
