ABOUT YOUR ROLE
To be successful, you will have a professional, engaging and proactive approach towards management with a strong desire to progress and excel within the company. At least 3 years experience in Retail and the ability to drive sales with a heavy focus on customer interaction, team morale and culture is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be hands on and a robust leader with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team to achieve success
Value your customers & team and show pride in all Thendro represents
Be accountable in leading a team of full time and casual staff
Be forthright in ensuring the store is meeting its targets and the staff are reaching their KPIs
Sales! Sales! Sales!
Ensure all staff are consistently delivering exceptional customer service
Responsibility for rotating rosters, merchandising and liaising with Head Office regularly.
Meet deadlines related to reports & paperwork
Minimise loss prevention and ensure store and staff security
Display a work hard/play hard attitude and have FUN!
WHAT WE OFFER

Salary: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
