Reporting to the Support Team Leader, you'll be supported in your learning and development.Responsibilities include:Providing Level 1 support via phone, email, tickets, and in-person to ensure prompt issue resolution.Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other hardware. Supporting systems like Windows, iOS, Android, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, MS Teams, and OneNote.Participating in compliance processes for application permissions, promotions, backups, and batch processing checks.Maintaining technical documentation.Escalating complex issues when necessary.About the Ideal CandidateWe seek someone passionate about technology and eager to grow in IT.
