* Graduate of Agriculture, preferably related to Crop Science.
* With at least 3-5 years progressive experience in Sales & Demand Generation gained from agriculture, equipment dealership or trading industry.
* Leadership experience of at least 5 managers and above.
* Work experience in crop protection and/or hybrid seeds is an advantage
