The Senior Systems Administrator role is a high-level position that involves designing, implementing and maintaining complex server infrastructures across departments. A key aspect of this role will be future-proofing our systems for cloud migration.
* We are seeking an experienced administrator to manage and maintain our Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
* This includes managing and supporting cloud infrastructure, such as AWS and Azure platforms.
* Ongoing management and maintenance of core infrastructure systems: servers, networks, telephony, backup/recovery and security.
* The successful candidate will provide an escalation point for complex user hardware/software issues following initial diagnosis by other team members.
* Contribution to the design, planning and delivery of ICT infrastructure components for business and digital transformation projects.
* Maintenance of accurate technical documentation and proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
