We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Melton Christian College. This role is responsible for coordinating the College's end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and new employees. Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders, the position plays a pivotal role in attracting high-quality talent, maintaining effective recruitment practices, and supporting broader human resource functions. The successful candidate will contribute to building a strong, values-aligned workforce that supports the College's mission and commitment to excellence in Christ-centred education.

Salary range and PD provided upon request.

* Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination or a human resources role, including end-to-end hiring processes
* Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices, talent attraction strategies, and candidate management
* Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, staff, and stakeholders
* Proven ability to maintain accurate records and manage data within HR systems
* Experience preparing job advertisements, position descriptions, and employment documentation
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and compliance requirements
* Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Sound problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
