MDM Mining & Civil is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental performance across multiple civil and mining projects.
This role focuses on maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational teams to embed strong, practical HSE systems across all sites, including support for tendering and client requirements.
Ideally based in Kununurra on a weekday roster, with FIFO or relocation considered for the right candidate.
Qualifications, Licences & Clearances
* Formal qualifications in Work Health & Safety or equivalent
* Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 preferred)
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Ability to meet site medical and induction requirements
Experience
* Proven experience managing and improving HSE Management Systems
* Demonstrated experience maintaining ISO accreditation and compliance
* Experience ensuring compliance with HSE contractual obligations
* Strong understanding of heavy haulage and high-risk civil operations
* Experience supporting tendering and pre-contract HSE documentation
