Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while achieving sales and margin targets. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and position our products and solutions as the first choice for customers across the industrial and safety space.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts to achieve sales and margin budgets
* Build trusted, long-term customer relationships through regular call cycles
* Identify opportunities for growth across product categories
* Maintain pricing discipline to optimise profitability
* Manage pipeline activity, call plans and CRM accuracy
* Prepare and submit monthly reports and forecasts
* Collaborate with branch teams to ensure outstanding customer service and delivery
* Resolve customer issues related to pricing, service or delivery
* Monitor competitor activity and share market insights
* Demonstrate new products and solutions to customers
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in account management or B2B sales (industrial, safety or related sectors highly regarded)
* Strong customer service, listening and negotiation skills
* A results-driven mindset with strong organisation and time-management skills
* Ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities
* Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools
* A professional approach that reflects positively on the company brand
