Emerge Early Years Services (EEYS) is an Early Years Management Service of Kindergarten and Long Day Care programs.
EEYS provides services in the Horsham Rural City (6 sites) Hindmarsh Shire (4 sites) and Northern Grampians Shire (2 sites) Municipalities.
Overview
EEYS is seeking dedicated and passionate Casual Early Childhood Educators who hold or are working towards the relevant Bachelor Level Early Years qualification to join our team in Horsham and surrounds to provide high quality Early Years Education.
EEYS are committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and this will be the primary focus of our education, care and decision-making.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to high quality early years education for children in Horsham and surrounding areas.
- Support a safe, secure, and empowering environment where children's voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives.
- Implement and monitor Child Safe Standards and organizational safety practices.
- Engage with children respectfully and inclusively, with attention to cultural safety for Aboriginal children and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as children with a disability.

Particular attention will be paid to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as the safety of children with a disability.
