About the Roles
St John's Grammar is seeking experienced English and Humanities Teachers for a 12 months contract role starting in Term 1, 2026. These roles will predominantly teach in the middle school.
We're looking for someone who brings energy and creativity to the classroom and creates an engaging and inclusive environment to help students build confidence, think critically, and develop strong communication skills, all while fostering a genuine love for learning.
We are pleased to offer some flexibility for these roles, with the option of full time or part-time work.
The ideal candidate will have a history of providing a first class education for students, and crafting engaging learning experiences for secondary school students. If you have a commitment to service to students and the wider community, and your values and approach to teaching align with St John's, we are keen to hear from you.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking educators who possess exceptional teaching records with the ability to produce outstanding outcomes for all students. You will have experience in working with students with a variety of learning needs and have the ability to build a connected community with a positive culture for your students.
