About the Role
SMS Mining Services is currently seeking motivated and reliable people to join our Kalgoorlie Workshop team across Store Person and Yard Hand opportunities. These positions are based in our Kalgoorlie Workshop, working a 10 days on, 4 days off Full Time roster with day shifts only.
As a Store Person, you'll be responsible for managing stock and supporting workshop operations through picking and packing parts, assisting with stocktakes, tracking inventory, preparing stock requirements, and supporting deliveries and general store duties.
As a Yard Hand, you'll focus on maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment by washing down equipment, carrying out yard and workshop housekeeping, and assisting with general labouring and preparation tasks across the workshop and yard.
Please note these are residential Kalgoorlie roles only and are not FIFO positions.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in stores, warehousing, mining or workshop environments
* Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded (Store Person)
* Valid C Class Driver's License
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Commitment to safety and teamwork
