Business Analyst Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimisation and be able to effectively map and analyse processes.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.
In this role, the Business Analyst will document current and future process maps using lean six sigma principles and leverage technology solutions to optimise efficiency.
The successful candidate will conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, producing business cases for new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate information from workshops and interviews, reviewing processes to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations on enhancements.
* Document current and future process maps using lean six sigma principles, leveraging technology solutions to optimise efficiency.
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, producing business cases for new initiatives.
* Support project scoping, estimating, prioritisation, and negotiation of system functionalities with stakeholders.
* Create business requirements documents and collaborate with technology experts to translate these into functional specifications.
* Provide analytical support by extracting data from various databases, interpreting results, and presenting findings.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a related business analyst role, with demonstrated ability to map and analyse processes.
