This role is suited to an experienced Associate seeking early responsibility, direct exposure to senior bankers, and the opportunity to develop into a trusted adviser on complex, high-impact transactions.
What You’ll Do
* Support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital-related mandates, including complex and cross-border transactions
* Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and analytical workstreams to support live mandates and client advice
* Prepare high-quality client materials, including strategic analyses, transaction documentation, and board-level presentations
* Manage key execution tasks across live deals, liaising with clients, counterparties, and external advisers under senior supervision
* Conduct sector, company, and market analysis to support both live transactions and origination initiatives
* Work closely with senior bankers to support negotiations, client meetings, and long-term relationship development
* Review and coordinate analyst-level work where appropriate, maintaining high technical and presentation standards
What You’ll Bring
* 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking or top-tier corporate advisory
* Demonstrated transaction exposure across M&A and/or complex advisory assignments
* Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capability
* Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to perform under pressure in a demanding, high-expectation environment
* Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline (CFA progression viewed favourably)
