Summary
As WH&S Advisor (Injury Prevention) you will work with a team of WHS Advisors, driving best-practice safety initiatives while mentoring your team to achieve operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape processes, influence culture, and deliver strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership for WHS initiatives, including risk management, safety auditing, and performance improvement
* Deliver the development and implementation of safety as a core business value
* Analyse data to identify risks and trends, using tools such as PowerBI to inform mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with managers and operational teams to implement safe systems of work and embed a proactive safety culture
* Support governance, policies, and compliance with WHS legislation and organisational standards
* Partner with leadership to develop and implement WHS strategy, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Travel to multiple sites to understand operational challenges and work closely with facility and team leaders
Requirements
Essential:
* Degree or Postgraduate qualification in WHS or related risk management discipline
* NFP or healthcare sector experience
* Strategic thinking and analytical capability
* Experience in WHS auditing, risk management, and operational program delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
* Professional membership of relevant industry associations
* Experience using PowerBI or similar data analytics tools
