Coastal Property Agents' are seeking a Commercial Sales Administrator to join their busy team on the Gold Coast. This is a full-time position based in Broadbeach, QLD. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and customer service support to the commercial sales team, ensuring the smooth running of all sales operations.
What you\'ll be doing
* Coordinate and manage the sales administration process, including preparing contracts, liaising with solicitors, and processing client documentation
* Provide high-quality customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing any concerns
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases relating to sales activities
* Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
* Support the sales team with various administrative tasks as required
What we\'re looking for
* Previous experience in a similar real estate or property administration role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and real estate software
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
