About the Role
* Lead and monitor quality audits and compliance.
* Coordinate and support staff training, including mandatory requirements.
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement best‐practice care initiatives.
* Drive change management processes to improve resident outcomes and team culture.
* Quality Coordinator hours can be completed flexibly across any weekday (excluding weekends).
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a practising clinician in a hospital or aged care setting.
* Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions.
* Proven experience or interest in quality management, leadership, or clinical education.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure a best possible resident experience and teamwork.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision‐making skills.
* Strong attention to detail to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and optimize funding outcomes.
* Valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or both, verified prior to employment.
