We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to help us deliver outstanding customer journeys across our network of leading automotive brands and dealerships.

About the Role

Reporting to the Brand, Marketing and Culture Manager and working closely with Dealer Principals and Department Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty initiatives across the group.

You will (key responsibilities)

Be a key advocate for positive customer experiences across our dealerships.

Conduct customer follow-up calls, surveys, emails, and customer care activities.

Support the resolution of customer concerns and recovery opportunities.

Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Analyse customer satisfaction results and identify trends.

Assist with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and manufacturer performance reporting.

Support customer retention campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Build strong relationships with operational teams across multiple dealership locations.

Contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture across the business.

About You

You are someone who:

Loves working with people and creating positive customer experiences.

Communicates professionally and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

Can navigate challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Enjoys analysing information and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.

Brings a positive, collaborative attitude to the workplace.

Has strong administration and computer skills.

Ideally, You'll Have

Experience in customer service, customer relations, administration, marketing, or customer experience.

Experience managing customer feedback or complaints.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and sound organisational skills.

Experience working in a multi-site or customer-focused environment.

Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
