We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Venue Manager - Multi Site.
This role involves managing multiple venues, developing revenue-generating strategies, and leading a high-performing team through strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive venue success.
Manage day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
Forecast, budget, and control costs to ensure profitability.
Identify operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
Lead and develop a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
Ensure full compliance with industry legislation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years multi-venue, food and beverage senior management experience, including gaming.
Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their full potential.
Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout the venues.
Strong staff management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong time management skills.
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management (not essential but viewed favourably).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple venues and driving business growth.
