Pharmacy Sales Representative
Location: Northern Perth & Metro
Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
* Maintain the designated territory ensuring continued optimum service to 1st line accounts.
* Exceed net sales targets of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory by supporting customers and acquisition targets.
* Maintain loyalty of 1st line accounts through building close relationships to ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible.
* Execute agreed business tactics to optimise substitution opportunities.
* Design and execute quarterly business plans which include targets, action plans, and outcomes for each account.
* Facilitate a first‐class sales experience using business insights, analytics, and innovative deal‐level strategies.
* Acknowledge and overcome customer concerns, take ownership of territory issues, and provide appropriate solutions; escalating to the Regional Business Manager when required.
* Consistently record and assess call outcomes in call notes within the required system.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales.
* At least 1 year of experience working within Australia's generic market.
* 1–2 years' experience in B2B complex sales environments.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
