As an Apprentice Baker / Pastrycook, you'll spend your days in a real working bakery — mixing, shaping, decorating, and creating everything from artisan bread to stunning cakes and pastries from scratch. It's creative, rewarding and you'll finish each day knowing you've made something special.
You'll thrive in this role if you love being part of a team, enjoy learning new skills, don't mind rolling up your sleeves and getting a little flour on your apron. You'll be working 5 days a week, including one TAFE day at the Bentley Campus, with rotating daytime shifts that include weekends and public holidays.
By the end of your 3-year apprenticeship, you'll have a Certificate III in Baking (FBP30517) and the skills, confidence, and experience to build a long-term career doing what you love.
What We're Looking For
If you've got a genuine love of baking, a positive attitude, and enjoy being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. You'll need reliable transport to get to and from work and TAFE (Bentley Campus), and be comfortable being on your feet — it's active, creative work where every day is different
