Senior Client Service Officer
Grade: Clerk Grade 5/6 $99,398 to $110,271 + superannuation and leave loading
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role within Housing Services. You will support the delivery of client‐centred services, working with vulnerable communities and contributing to strong operational outcomes.
This recruitment will establish a talent pool for future opportunities across the Western & Southwestern Sydney.
What you'll do
As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will provide advice and support to clients, including those with complex needs, across housing and tenancy services. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes, resolve tenancy issues, and ensure services are delivered in line with policy. You will also support and coach team members, contributing to capability uplift and improved service delivery across the team.

* Demonstrated experience working with clients in complex service environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Ability to support and coach team members to improve capability
* Experience managing competing priorities and delivering results
* Current NSW driver's licence
