About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide excellent customer experiences, ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and welcoming for guests. The position is fast‐paced and requires strong multitasking and time‐management skills.
Availability Requirements
The successful candidate should have flexible availability and be able to commit to the following core hours each week:
* Two or three nights a week 22:00 - 5:00 am (overnight shift)

* Focused on providing outstanding customer service
* Comfortable working alone and within a team
* Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift moderate to heavy loads
* Available to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
* Willing to learn about and promote our wide range of products and specials

The successful candidate will be required to confirm their Australian working rights and provide a current police clearance certificate.
