Senior Systems Engineers have proven advanced design and delivery expertise in electrical engineering and/or control systems engineering. They are accountable for successfully and competently delivering complex engineering solutions for projects within requirements, schedule and budget in their area(s) of expertise.
In this role you will:
* Be accountable for the team's performance in achieving schedule, quality and budget targets.
* You will be confident in liaising directly with clients in developing and refining scopes of work as needed.
* You will provide mentoring and leadership and have the ability to lead a technical team.
Skills & Experience:
* You will have an appropriate Electrical Engineering qualification combined with verifiable industry experience working within the automation industry.
* You will have demonstrable knowledge of good engineering practices and principles.
* Candidates with excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders to elicit and understand their requirements to deliver a high‑quality service, will be highly regarded.
* You will have previous experience leading and mentoring staff within an engineering environment.
* You must have current unrestricted Australian Work Rights.
