As a mobility specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments of patients with various disabilities and providing support in different environments. You will work closely with rehabilitation teams to ensure mobility is integrated into patient care plans.


About the Role:

* Conduct comprehensive wheelchair and accessory assessments
* Collaborate with therapy and rehab engineering teams to provide effective solutions
* Use hand and power tools to adjust and fit mobility equipment in clinic, home, and educational settings
* Support patients with diverse needs, prioritizing their requirements
* Maintain a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for service purposes


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of wheelchair and accessory assessments, ensuring timely completion
2. Hand over equipment assessed by the therapy and rehab engineering team, maintaining clear communication
3. Utilize your expertise to assess patients in various environments, including clinics, homes, and educational facilities
4. Prioritize patient needs, providing tailored support to meet their individual requirements
