As the Information Systems & Technology Manager, you will lead the strategic direction, optimisation and governance of technology systems across the Breight Group. This is a full‐time leadership position based at our Rivervale head office.
About the Opportunity
Breight Group is entering an exciting phase of growth, diversification and digital transformation. As we continue to expand our operations across maintenance, shutdowns, projects, training and workforce solutions, technology will play a critical role in enabling scalability, efficiency and business performance.
This newly established leadership role will be responsible for driving our technology strategy, improving system integration, enhancing data and reporting capabilities, and ensuring our technology platforms support the future needs of the business.
Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to automate processes, improve user experience, strengthen cybersecurity, and maximise the value of our technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Breight Group's Information Systems and Technology strategy
* Lead system optimisation, integration and digital transformation initiatives across the business
* Manage business applications, data platforms, infrastructure and third‐party technology providers
* Drive process automation and continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency
* Oversee cybersecurity, system governance, risk management and data integrity
* Provide leadership and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions meet business requirements
About You
* Proven experience in an Information Technology, Systems, Digital Transformation or Technology Leadership role
* Strong understanding of business systems, data management, reporting and process automation
* Experience leading enterprise software implementations, integrations and technology projects
* Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience managing external technology vendors and service providers
* Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance and risk management principles
* Ability to work collaboratively across operational and corporate functions
Highly Regarded
* Experience within mining, resources, construction or industrial services industries
* Experience with ERP, workforce management, mobilisation, payroll or HR systems
* Exposure to Power BI, business intelligence and data analytics platforms
* Experience supporting rapidly growing organisations through technology transformation
