We are looking for a Site Manager to join a rapidly growing commercial construction company that operates across multiple sectors including commercial, aged care, education, government/council, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and public realm. Over the last 2 years the company has experienced rapid growth, doubling both its revenue and headcount.
Responsibilities
- Full site set up.
- Management of all trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S;).
- Management of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.
- Proven experience managing full life-cycle civic / government / education projects with values no less than $10mil.
- Robust management and coordination skills.
- Excellent understanding of OH&S.;
- Ability to work autonomously.
What's In It For You
