Job Description:
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Intranet Content Manager to support the development and maintenance of our intranet platform. This is an integral role in our Internal Platforms and Channels team.
The successful candidate will have a considerable level of contact with internal stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and publishing high-quality intranet content that is accessible, engaging and aligned with our business objectives.
* Advising and supporting business areas on best practice for intranet content management and accessibility.
* Supporting the implementation of intranet publishing requests through a service desk.
* Collaborating with the Strategic Communications division to deliver on business and communication objectives.
* Contributing to the ongoing development and uplift of our intranet platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
* Experience working with SharePoint Online or similar platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web content accessibility guidelines.
Desirable Skills:
* Content writing and analysis experience.
* Experience working with JIRA or other project management tools.
