Responsibilities: Assist senior team members, Adhere to all statutory and compliance deadlines, Liaise with banks, lawyers, agents, and auctioneers, Compile reports and conduct investigations with supervision, Help with asset recovery and review of company activities, Handle ASIC submissions and prepare regulatory filings, Analyse and interpret financial information, Communicate with directors, creditors, financial institutions, and regulators. Key Skills: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce with an Accounting Major or other relevant studies, (completed or in progress final year) Relevant experience in corporate insolvency of at least 1 year, Interest to study CAANZ/CPA, Strong ethical standards, Excellent time management & organisational skills, Strong communication and report writing skills, Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, Ability to meet and work towards deadlines, Ability to liaise with banks, lawyers, and other professionals.
