We are seeking a motivated professional to collaborate with our dynamic team in Newcastle.
About the Role
* Coordinate and prepare reports, submissions and documentation for sales and lease transactions.
* Support the production of high-quality marketing materials and agency documents, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
* Update the company database, including listing information and uploading to website as required by Agents to ensure that client and property information is accurate.
* Manage online property listings across external platforms, while liaising with suppliers to coordinate marketing assets and campaigns.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or professional services sector.
* Tertiary qualification in Property or Marketing is desirable although not essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
