We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Officer. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers, assist them with renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
* Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
* Meet or exceed sales targets.
* Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts.
* Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
* Car rental experience is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
* Computer literacy skills required.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
