About the Company:
Our client is a national manufacturer and supplier within the construction sector, recognised for quality, reliability, and customer excellence. With a strong pipeline of new and innovative products, they are expanding their Victorian operations and seeking a driven professional to help grow their presence in the local market.
The role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage and expand an established portfolio of Victorian clients while identifying new business opportunities. Your day will combine relationship management, business development, and on-site client engagement.
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving results? This is your chance to represent a respected name in the construction and manufacturing industry, working with innovative products that appeal to both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing client relationships through site visits, meetings, and ongoing support
Drive business growth through proactive lead generation and cold calling
Present the company's innovative product range and installation methods to clients
Prepare accurate take-offs and detailed quotations from floor plans
Represent the company at industry events and maintain professional visibility
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and timely delivery
About You:
Minimum 2 years' proven success in a sales or account management role (construction or manufacturing preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Confident, self-motivated, and organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (SAP experience desirable)
Current Australian driver's licence essential
