About the Role Join a small team in a modern workshop environment prepping / painting cement mixer bowls, heavy vehicle chassis and components. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail and maintains a strong safety-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and masking Mixing and applying paints and coatings to client specifications Operating and maintaining spray painting equipment Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met Following all workplace health and safety procedures Working both independently and as part of a small team Skills & Experience Paint prep experience Experience in industrial or automotive spray painting Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to read and interpret job specifications Commitment to safety and quality Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential) What We Offer $40 - $50 per hour depending on experience, plus overtime penalties Standard hours Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:06pm, (can start from 6:00am M-F if you like).
