This is a hands-on, in-store leadership role. Your full 38 hours per week are rostered on the floor — rolling, baking and preparing Cinnabon scrolls (all sizes), training and supporting your team, and overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the store. You'll lead by example: on the tools alongside your team during every shift.
Full training is provided on‑site, including all baking and product preparation, so prior pastry experience is a plus but absolutely not essential. What we're really looking for is someone who loves being busy, leads by doing, and takes pride in producing a beautiful product every time.
Key Responsibilities
* Rostered on the floor 38 hours per week — rolling, baking and preparing Cinnabon scrolls in all sizes
* Train, coach and support staff in all production and service tasks
* Build and manage staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage across peak trade and weekends
* Oversee daily store operations across opening, trading and closing
* Drive performance against KPIs — sales, labour, wastage, food safety and customer satisfaction
* Maintain product quality and presentation in line with Cinnabon brand standards
* Manage stock ordering, inventory and supplier relationships
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, WHS and franchise operating standards
* Handle cash management, banking and end‑of‑day reporting
* Partner with head office on reporting, payroll inputs and operational initiatives
About You
* Comfortable being on the tools full-time — this is a hands‑on production and service role
* Previous experience leading a team in retail, hospitality, bakery or QSR
* Confident with rostering, KPIs and day‑to‑day store operations
