About the role
As a result of internal movement and area growth we are seeking a new Rural Manager or Senior Rural Manager to join our Horsham team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality. You will naturally be relationship driven, focussing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector. You will gain energy through using client advocacy, your community and business networks to continue to grow your client base. Your internal relationship management team will be there to support you to support your existing and new clients. It will truly be a team effort.
We are looking for people who have a passion for regional Australia that are:

* Residing in Horsham or surrounds and well connected in the community, or perhaps you are willing to relocate for the right role.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
* Experience in banking (Agri preferred) account management or a similar rural account management role.
* You could have farming or agriculture experience, looking at a career transition into Agribusiness Banking.
* Proven experience and enjoy building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients.
* Proven ability in achieving high levels of customer service.
* Credit and financial analysis skills.
* A desire to make a difference and a passion for success.
