The Opportunity -Customer Success Manager
You will partner closely with your customer base to help them realise measurable value from the platform.
You'll play a key role in driving adoption, building long-term relationships, ensuring a strong return on investment, and supporting retention and account growth.
What You'll Do
Partner with Account Managers to align on customer goals and portfolio strategy
Support retention and satisfaction by helping customers get the most from the platform
Team with Sales and Marketing to deliver customer initiatives
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive Customer Success team culture
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
Develop strong product expertise and act as a subject matter resource
Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary
Respond to platform-related questions and provide practical guidance
Translate business needs into technical outcomes using the platform
Stay across product enhancements and communicate relevant updates to customers
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification (HR, Business, IT or related areas advantageous)
4+ years in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management within SaaS - ideally Payroll, rostering or HR SaaS.
Experience with HR / Talent Management platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
Experience in analytics, reporting, and documentation
