An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join the Outpatients team at Hedland Health Campus in the Pilbara.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse is to manage, coordinate and deliver competent nursing care for patients, using leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the practice setting.
Key Selection Criteria
Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence-based nursing care within the relevant practice setting.
Advanced skills in planning, coordination and decision making, within the relevant practice setting.
Well-developed team leadership and membership skills.
High level communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrates incorporation of quality and risk management principles within practice.
