Lease Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lease Manager to lead our team in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of 100 staff members, fostering strong customer relationships, and managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) including revenue, margin, cost control and EBIT performance.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related discipline, or trade qualification in engineering/mechanics. They will also possess commercial awareness, with demonstrated success in managing P&L and growing profitability.
