The role
As Captain, you will lead a professional crew on multi‐engine turboprop operations, championing safety, situational awareness, and operational excellence. You will set the tone on the flight deck, mentor colleagues, and deliver a smooth, on‐time passenger experience while adhering to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
* Command EMB‐120 operations from planning to shutdown with disciplined SOP execution
* Lead and coordinate a single or multi‐crew cockpit environment
* Apply sound decision‐making in dynamic weather and operational conditions
* Uphold safety management and reporting practices to the highest standard
* Coach and mentor First Officers, supporting a strong safety and team culture
Minimum requirements
* Total time: 2,000 hours
* Pilot‐in‐Command (PIC): 500 hours
* Multi‐engine: 500 hours
* Multi‐Engine Command: 500 hours
* Experience: Prior experience on single or multi‐crew, multi‐engine turboprop aircraft
* Type rating: Not required — training provided
* License: ATPL — CASA holders only
* Medical: Class 1
* English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Preferred
* MCC course certificate recognized by CASA
