Voyage Program at The Ritz‐Carlton, Melbourne is an 18‐month full‐time development program for recent graduates designed to prepare participants for future leadership roles.

Location: 650 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3000. Schedule: Full Time. Remote: No.
Responsibilities
* Cultivate customer relationships.
* Champion innovation within the organization.
* Manage projects and people.
* Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project.
* Take on special projects that draw upon all your training.
* Participate in management meetings and collaborate with global Voyage participants.
* Provide feedback on curriculum and contribute to future participants' experiences.
* After graduation, take on supervisory or entry‐level management roles within Marriott.
* Ensure "Gold Standards" are delivered graciously and thoughtfully daily.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher level education required; Associate's degree acceptable for Culinary.
* Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively.
* Self‐manage and be a self‐starter.
* Real desire for personal and professional growth.
* Work authorization in Australia.
* Those currently enrolled in a college or university, expected to graduate within 12 months of application, may also be considered.
