About the Role
As the Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school by providing high-quality administrative assistance to the Principal and Business Manager. You will ensure the smooth running of the school's administrative functions and contribute to a positive school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing reception duties, including handling enquiries and scheduling appointments.
Maintaining school records, processing correspondence, and organising student-related activities.
Assisting with financial tasks such as processing payments, reconciling invoices, and managing school accounts.
Coordinating school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of facilities.
Communicating effectively with staff, parents, and community members to provide information and support.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic school setting.
About You
